Each night as I go to sleep, I have been trying lately to meditate on Romans 8:28. “For we know that all things work together to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.” As I recall the various events of the day, each night it surprises me that they really do work together for good if I love God and am called according to His purpose. They really do! Try it sometime.
As a tribute to all of our friends who have experienced breast and ovarian cancer, let’s gather some ways to prevent it: (this list is according to my very limited understanding):*Have a lot of children.
*Nurse your babies for a long time.
*Get out in the sunshine.
*Do upper body exercise.
*Don’t have abortions.
*Don’t take estrogen.
*Order progesterone cream from springboard4health.com or anoth
Someone asked me what videos we watch and where we fast-forward and mute. So here are the ones we watch as a family, and on date night the younger ones often watch Barney and the Japanese equivalent — “Shimajiro”.
Mary Poppins — no fast forwards for us except for a little scary part.
Milo and Otis – no fast forwards unless little ones are easily scared.

Have I told ya’ll about the book, ThePower of Crying Out? I cry out to the Lord almost every morning in the shower. I mean I pray in a loud voice, begging God to intervene in situations. It really works!!
The shower muffles my voice so the kids don’t think I’m dying (ha! :O). You can also cry out into a pillow or in a forest by yourself or something.

We have been studying lately about lies we believe as Christians. Almost the only thing the devil can do is lie to us, and he works overtime at it ! All we have to do when he lies is NOT believe him!!!!! Woo hoo! Use the shield of faith. The truth will set us free!
