If you go to FEMA’s website (training.fema.gov) and then go to independent study maybe?  It is called Emergency Management Institute.Go to the course list, and it will tell you which courses give credit.  Some of them give you one hour, and some are a series, so you have to take 2 or 3 courses to get credit.
