Each night as I go to sleep, I have been trying lately to meditate on Romans 8:28. “For we know that all things work together to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.” As I recall the various events of the day, each night it surprises me that they really do work together for good if I love God and am called according to His purpose. They really do! Try it sometime.

What helped with coping with births was mainly relaxing. Relaxing really helps with pain. With home births I always took Tylenol and ibuprofen both, taking a dose alternately every 2 hours.It also helped me to hold Ronny’s hand,

Way to go wanting to have a quiet time!! You know you need the Lord to strengthen you if you are going to be a great mom. You absolutely cannot do it without Him, just coasting with your own power. But how can we get that quiet time done?? I think we have ALL struggled with that at times.
